2025 U.S. Women's Open Qualifier - Salem CC

Practice Rounds: Players may arrange a practice round by contacting the golf shop and identifying themselves as a competitor in the field. Practice rounds will be offered based on club availability within the timeframes listed below.
Availability:
- To schedule a practice round - all requests MUST BE EMAILED to kwood@salemcountryclub.com.
- Practice rounds will be available for local players on weekdays leading up to the qualifier, on a space available basis.
- Limited availability on May 3rd and May 4th (after 1PM) will be reserved/prioritized for players from outside of New England.
Notes:
- The fee for a practice round is $40 - CASH or CHECK.
- Practice rounds are for competitors only - caddies may accompany players in a caddy capacity only.
- Competitors will be limited to one practice round and will be paired up with other competitors.
- Please limit your practice round to one ball on each hole and be aware of your pace of play with surrounding groups.
Starting Times: Play will begin at 8:00am off the 1st tee. Pairings & Starting Times will be available after the close of entries and can be accessed by clicking the "Starting Times & Parings" tab above. Groups will remain the same for Round 2 and will have approximately 20-30 minutes between rounds. There will be no registration on the day of the event, please report to your scheduled starting tee to receive local rules, hole locations, scorecard, etc. at least 10 minutes prior to your starting time.
Withdrawals: To withdraw from a qualifier, please login to the USGA Portal and click WITHDRAW and select the Championship and Reason for withdrawing. If applicable, any refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Once submitted, all withdrawals are final. If you need to withdraw within 48 hours of the qualifier, please also e-mail Grace McKinnon at gmckinnon@massgolf.org.
Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: 1 Qualifying Spot and 2 Alternate Spots. Qualifying players will advance to the 80th U.S. Women's Open Championship presented by Ally at Erin Hills (Erin, WI).
Distance Devices: The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.
Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation will NOT be permitted during the player's round. Pull/push carts will be permitted.
Caddies & Push Carts: Players are permitted to employ a caddy and/or use a push cart. A very limited number of caddies will be available for the qualifier - please contact the golf shop if you wish to discuss caddy options.
Competition Tees/ Yardage: Competition Tees & Yardage are approximate and subject to change. Play will be approximately from the combo yardage (yardage chart below) - 6,200 - 6,350 yards (Par 72).

Practice Facilities: The practice facilities will be open and available at 7:00am.
Food & Beverage: Lunch will be available between rounds. Additional details to be distributed to players prior to the qualifier.
*There will be no registration on the day of the event - please report to your scheduled starting hole to receive local rules, scorecard, etc. 10 minutes prior to your starting time.
